Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY GENERAL INFORMATION
Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification. The purchaser must agree to this condition in order to complete a successful transaction.

By placing your order, you agree to the best of your knowledge that you are aware of the product and/or service you are purchasing, and that it is not being done in/with error, or without your consent.
SHIPPING-UPS GROUND
Wine by Keg currently ships to Florida state only. As we develop, we will ship our wines to other states being compliant with State governing interstate DtC (Direct to Consumer) Shipping of Alcohol by retailers.
We are unable to ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Wine by Keg ships via UPS Ground. Florida customers can expect to receive your delivery within 1-2 business days and the time in transit is dependent on your location
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.
WE DELIVER ON SATURDAY !!
Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST Monday and Friday will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after the 3 p.m. EST Monday and Thursday will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
- Orders placed after the 3 p.m. EST on Friday will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
- Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped on the next available shipping day. This helps our wine avoid weekends in locations without temperature-controlled facilities.
- We do not ship on major holidays or while the Wine by Keg is closed. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
- Upon the third missed delivery attempt, orders will be held for up to five (5) business days and if not picked up, your shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

PICKUP AT STORE

Your order is ready for pickup during our regular business hours and once you have received your order confirmation. You may be required to show identification.
Pickup available the same day from Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00 pm.The order will be ready for pick up within 2 hours after placing the order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Same day local delivery available from Monday to Saturday up to 30 miles from the store location
- Local delivery up to 10 miles – only $4.99 flat rate fee
- Local delivery 11-30 miles – $9.99 flat rate fee
Once the order has been placed and you are within the local delivery up to 10 miles distance, the wine will be delivered in 2-3 hours unless you have scheduled with Wine by Keg an exact hour when the wine has to be delivered to you. You must specify if you would like to schedule a time. It will be assumed someone will be available to receive the delivery 2-3 hours after order has been placed.
- Orders placed after 4 pm (Monday-Friday) will be delivered next day
- Orders placed after 4 pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday
Wait Time at Delivery Site: If you are not present at time of delivery, delivery without signature has not been authorized and Driver is directed Customer to wait for delivery recipient at delivery site, you will be charged $10 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel the delivery after a Driver is already in route to the pickup location, a $10 fee will be charged for the canceled delivery.
Return Delivery Fee: Equal to the cost of delivery plus $10. If you are not available or refuse delivery, the Driver will return the delivery to the pickup location.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (Special offers ONLY)
Free delivery available from Monday to Friday.
Free delivery only for qualified zip codes via a special code that you will receive via email. Eligible zip codes will be updated monthly so please sign up with us do not miss your FREE DELIVERY.
Free delivery is limited to the terms and time frames of the special offers posted on our website or social media.
The time frame for free delivery expires and you will be charged regular shipping fees if you order past the offer time window. Check frequently for offers in your area.
If you are redeeming a free delivery special code, your delivery will be after 5pm same day. (Monday-Friday). Please assure someone 21 years of age or older is present to accept the package. ID verification and signature will be required at the door. If no one is available to accept the package at the time mentioned, please contact the store. By law we are unable to leave the packages at the door or in your mail box and not accepted packages will be returned to the store. You will be able to pick up the package at the store or you will be issued a refund.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Any orders that you wish to cancel must be canceled before the shipment leaves our facility.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once your package has left the store.
